    1. SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Hold a public hearing on a sign appeal request by EZ Money Payday Loans to allow for the installation of an additional wall sign located at 2345 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 903-9008)

    3. SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Hold a public hearing on an a proposed sign appeal request submitted by Guardian Credit Union to allow for the installation of two (2) additional wall logo signs for the property at 7801 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 782-9051)

    6. SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Consider a request for a sign appeal and a special exception from the moratorium on electronic messageboard signs submitted by Menard’s to allow for the installation of a replacement electronic messageboard sign on an existing legal non-conforming sign located at 6800 S. 27th Street.     1. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the official map for the NW ¼ of Section 16 submitted by Mike & Julie St. John.
    2. LANDSCAPING & LIGHTING PLAN REVIEW – Review landscaping and lighting plans submitted by the Oak Creek Franklin Joint School District for the new Oak Creek East middle school located at 9330 S. Shepard Avenue. (Tax Key 873-9978)
    3. SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST – Review a request by the Branded Steer Restaurant for special exception to the six-month moratorium on electronic messageboard signs for the property at 1299 W. College Avenue
    4. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the City of Oak Creek zoning ordinance as it relates to metal roof materials in residential districts.
    5. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the S. 27th Street Neighborhood Overlay zoning district regarding front yard setbacks.
    6. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the City of Oak Creek zoning ordinance as it relates to building permits for accessory structures under 120 square feet in area.
    7. SIGN ORDINANCE REVIEW – Review and make a recommendation to the Common Council on proposed revisions to the City of Oak Creek sign ordinance.
