**OFFICIAL NOTICE**

City of Oak Creek

 

Please take notice that the Traffic and Safety Commission will meet in the Municipal Court Room at the Oak Creek Police Department, 301 W. Ryan Road, Oak Creek, Wisconsin on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 7 p.m.

 

The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the following:

 

1)         Roll call

 

2)         Approve minutes from the June 13, 2007 meeting

 

3)               Old Business

 

A.     Request for a 3-way stop sign at S. 3rd Avenue and S. Donald Drive.

 

B.     Request for stop signs in Carrollville Crossing Subdivision.

 

C.     Request for park signs at E. Honeysuckle Drive and S. Orchard View Lane.

 

4)               New Business

 

A.     Request to install an additional speed limit sign on S. Emerald Meadows Drive.

 

B.     Elect a new Chairperson for the Traffic and Safety Commission.

 

 

5)         Adjournment

NOTE:  It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
