SIGN APPEAL & SIGN PLAN REVIEW - Consider a proposed sign program submitted by Willow Tree Development and a sign appeal by Oak Creek Urgent Care to allow them to place an additional wall sign on the west elevation of the Howell Oaks multi-tenant building located at 8261 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No 813-9009-004)

    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review building architecture for the Oak Creek Municipal Services Building addition & renovation at 800 W. Puetz Road submitted by the City of Oak Creek (Tax Key No. 829-9000-001)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site plans for a proposed external walk-in-freezer submitted by Mike Toman (Butcher’s Block) for the property at 9340 S. Chicago Road (Tax Key No. 869-9959)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review a site plan for a gravel running path around the police station property submitted by the Oak Creek Police Department for the property at 301 W. Ryan Road (Tax Key No. 906-9026)
    4. SIGN PROGRAM REVIEW – Review an overall sign program for the Guardian Credit Union multi-tenant office building located at 7801 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 782-9051)
    5. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS - Review conditions and restrictions for a proposed planned unit development submitted by Wisco Hotel Group for the properties at 6440 and 6446 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 717-9990-001 & 717-9988)
    6. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed time extension for the conditional use permit for Black Diamond Group for the properties at 6925 & 6965 S. 6th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 734-9992
