CITY OF OAK CREEK SMALL CLAIMS COMMITTEE

  1. Call meeting to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Review the following claims (a) and (b) were held 4/26/07):
    1. Derick Slamka, 10849 Conner Way, requesting reimbursement for the actual replacement cost for his mailbox, damaged on 2/28/07 by a City snowplow, in the approximate amount of $500.00.
    2. Glen and Wanda Schroeder, 10888 S. Christina Ct., requesting reimbursement in the amount of $150.00, per City policy, for damage to their mailbox on 2/23-24/07 by a City snowplow.
    3. Request for reimbursement for damage to a Toyota Tercel by a Street Department garbage truck on 6/5/07, owned by Quentin Reuter, 2111 W. Oakwood Rd., and parked at 7780 S. Quincy Ave.

Public Notice
