    1. REZONE/PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - Review a proposed rezoning and planned unit development submitted by Wisco Hotel Group for the properties at  6440 & 6466 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 717-9990-001)
    2. TEMPORARY USE PERMIT – Review a request by Bielinski Development for a temporary use permit to allow a sales office at 10333 S. Monardy Lane (lot 46) in the Willowbrook Subdivision. (Tax Key No. 961-9079)
    3. LAND DONATION – Review and make a recommendation to the Common Council on a proposed donation of a 4.83 acre property at 250 W. Drexel Avenue to the City of Oak Creek. (Tax Key No. 782-9023)
    4. SIGN ORDINANCE DISCUSSION – Discuss potential amendments to the sign ordinance.
