    1. SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Hold a public hearing on a proposed sign appeal submitted by Site Enhancement Services to allow for two (2) additional wall signs to be placed on the east and west elevations of the La Quinta Inn located at 7141 S. 13th Street (Tax Key No. 763-9023)
    2. SIGN APPEAL – Consider a proposed sign appeal submitted by Site Enhancement Services to allow for two (2) additional wall signs to be placed on the east and west elevations of the La Quinta Inn located at 7141 S. 13th Street (Tax Key No. 763-9023)
    3. SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Hold a public hearing on a proposed sign appeal and request for a waiver from the six (6) month moratorium on changeable copy signs to allow for the addition of a  changeable copy panel on an existing legal non-conforming sign submitted by Sharon Dull for J.D.’s Truck Service, Inc. located at 6819 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 734-9997)
    4.     1. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS - Review conditions & restrictions for a proposed planned unit development submitted by Liberty Property Trust for the Liberty Corporate Preserve at Oak Creek located at 9950, 10068, and 10108 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 927-999-9010, 927-9998, and 927-9997)
    2. REZONE - Review a proposed rezoning of the property at 140 E. Rawson Avenue from B-4, Highway Business to M-1, Manufacturing submitted by Goodwill Industries for the Oak Creek Center for Work & Training. (Tax Key No. 733-9991-001)
    3. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the official map for the northeast ¼ of Section 28 submitted by Don & Gina Brownell.
    4. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the official map for the NW ¼ of Section 16 submitted by Mike & Julie St. John.
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for a multi-tenant retail building located at 8930 S. 27th Street submitted by 66 Company, LLC. (Tax Key No. 856-0070-005)
