- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10765-051507, approving an affidavit of correction for the Emerald Meadows Addition No. 2 subdivision (5th District).
Engineering
- Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project Nos. 06012 and 07003, as listed on the attached summary report (2nd, 3rd and 5th Districts).
- Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract invoice payments for Project No. 06010, Drexel Ave. (1st and 2nd Districts).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10763-051507, approving and accepting a public sanitary sewer easement across the front portions of the Robert D. and Nonda L. Gajewski property at 9100 S. Pennsylvania Ave., and the Cary M. and Lori A. Schmidt property at 9160 S. Pennsylvania Ave. (3rd District).
- Motion: Consider a motion to award the Northbranch Industrial Park rod reconstruction project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Capitol Pavers, in the amount of $1,165,335.75 (Project No. 05036) (1st District).
Miscellaneous
- Motion: Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the terms of a lease agreement with U.S. Cellular for a tower at the police station.
