    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans submitted by the Oak Creek Parks and Recreation Department for a proposed addition to the Miller Park Pavilion located at 315 E. Groveland Drive. (Tax Key No. 827-9027)
    2. AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION – Review a proposed affidavit of correction to change the street names within the Emerald Meadows Addition #2 Subdivision located in the NE1/4 of Section 35  (Tax Key Nos. multiple)
    3. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT –  Review a proposed planned unit development submitted by Liberty Property Trust for the Liberty Corporate Preserve at Oak Creek located at 9950, 10068, and 10108 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 927-999-9010, 927-9998, and 927-9997)
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans submitted by DBI for the Dunham Building addition located at 7420 S. 10th Street (Tax Key No. 764-9048)
  5. OLD BUSINESS
    1. SIGN APPEAL – Consider a proposed sign appeal submitted by Oak Creek Urgent Care to allow them to place an additional wall sign on the west elevation of the Howell Oaks multi-tenant building located at 8261 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No 813-9009-004)
