  10. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Celebrations Commission and establish Sunday, October 28, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. as the City’s Official “Trick or Treat” (by Committee of the Whole).
  11. Mayoral Proclamation:  Building Safety Week, May 6-12, 2007.
  12. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10752-050107, a resolution regarding AB 207, the State Video Franchising Bill (by Committee of the Whole).
  13. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recommendation of the Small Claims Committee and the Street Superintendent to revisit the Common Council policy dated 2/19/01 relating to mailbox claims (by Committee of the Whole).
  14. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $415,826.91 (by Committee of the Whole).

  15. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).

  16. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the recommendation of the Street Superintendent to purchase one 2007 Case Model 580 SM Series 2 backhoe from the lowest bidder, Miller Bradford & Risberg, Inc., in the amount of $74,700.00 (by Committee of the Whole).

    Health

  17. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2456, creating Section 8.10(n) of the Municipal Code relating to compliance with ordinances and payment of taxes, assessments and claims (by Committee of the Whole).

    Community Development

  18. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10762-050107, endorsing Elm Road Interchange on Alignment 02 (Exhibit F) as the preferred design alternative (6th District).
  19. Motion:  Consider a motion to not adopt Resolution No. 10761-050107, approving the certified survey map for the properties at 9143, 9147 and 9155 S. 5th Ave. (Thomas Kinnard) (4th District).

    Engineering

  20. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract payments for Project No. 06027, Street Department building design and renovation (2nd District).

    Miscellaneous

  21. Motion:  Consider a motion to provide staff with guidance on the elements of a proposed development agreement between the City and Liberty Property Trust for the development of the Liberty Corporate Preserve at Oak Creek as part of Tax Incremental District (TIF) No. 7.
  22. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(e)(g) to discuss the following:
    1. Section 74.35, 2006 claim for recovery of unlawful taxes, filed by Ebenezer Child Care Centers;
    2. Section 74.35, 2006 claim for recovery of unlawful taxes, filed by Hertz Equipment Rental Equipment; and
    3. Section 74.37, 2006 claim for excessive assessment, filed by Bradley Operations, LP.
  23. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
  24. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action, if required.
