2. Original application for a Class “B” Beer and Class “C” Wine license submitted by Sun K. Phil and Ki H. Phil, for Yen-Hwa Chinese, 2345 W. Ryan Rd., #D.
3. Discussion with representatives of the Police Department on the potential for implementing a “point system” for violations of liquor license laws by liquor licensees, as well as a review of police-related incidents at licensed establishments.
4. Renewal Amusement Operator and Amusement Devices application submitted by Bruce Dentice of Sam’s Amusement Company.
5. Application for Transient Merchant submitted by TruGreen Chemlawn and the following salespersons:
• Kim Cabino
• Megan Rivera
• Tara Collias
• Dawn Hajduch

Public Notice
