- REZONE & CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request to rezone the property 904 E. Rawson Avenue from B-4, Highway Business to M-1, Manufacturing and to grant a conditional use permit application to allow for a landscaping contractors yard with outside storage and the outdoor storage of vehicles for a limousine business. - CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Thomas Kinnard for the properties at 9143, 9147, and 9151 S. 5th Avenue (Tax Key Nos. 860-0039, 860-0038, 869-0037)
- NEW BUSINESS
- ELM ROAD INTERCHANGE – Review the proposed road alignment for the potential Interstate 94/West Elm Road Interchange.
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for a multi-tenant office complex at 7365 S. Howell Avenue submitted by Jeffrey A Adamczak (Tax Key No. 765-9017)
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a correction to the recently approved Zoning Ordinance revision as it relates to portable signs.
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the City of Oak Creek Zoning Ordinance as it relates to the duties and responsibility of the Zoning Administrator.
