Pursuant to a Recount Petition filed at 10:05 a.m., Monday, April 9, 2007, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE BOARD OF CANVASS will reconvene on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at Oak Creek City Hall Common Council Chambers, 8640 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek, Wisconsin, to conduct a recount of the April 3, 2007, election vote totals for Aldermanic District 3.

Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings. Due to the difficulty in finding interpreters, requests should be made as far in advance as possible preferably a minimum of 48 hours.
