    1. TEMPORARY USE – Review a temporary use permit request by LePine Enterprises to operate their recycling contractor’s yard with outdoor storage at 9540 & 9578 S. Pennsylvania Avenue for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for St. Stephen Catholic Church located at 1441 W.  Oakwood Road (Tax Key No. 953-9999-003)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for the new East Middle School submitted by the Oak Creek Franklin Joint School District for the property at 9330 S. Shepard Avenue. (Tax Key No. 873-9978)
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for an addition to the Mahn Court, LLC building submitted by Ralph Willing for the property at 7340 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 766-9019)
    5. TEMPORARY USE – Review a proposed amendment to the temporary use permit for the Colonial Woods sales trailer located at 8100 S. 27th Street (810-9012)
