    1. SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Hold a public hearing on a proposed sign appeal submitted by Fait Family Partnership for an additional monument sign for Family Vision eye care clinic on the property at 8469 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 828-9029)

    3. SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Hold a public hearing on a proposed sign appeal submitted by Classic Lanes located at 7501 S. Howell Avenue for the construction of a new pole sign at a setback of less than 20 feet from the front property line.

    1. TIF PROJECT PLAN – Review and take action on the proposed project plan for Tax Incremental District #7
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for a freezer addition to the existing H.C. Brill facility at 7350 S. 10th Street. (Tax Key No. 764-9026)
    3. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request to rezone the property 904 E. Rawson Avenue from B-4, Highway Business to M-1, Manufacturing and to grant a conditional use permit application to allow for a landscaping contractors yard with outside storage and the outdoor storage of vehicles for a limousine business.  (Tax Key No. 732-9990-001)
