    1. TEMPORARY USE – Review a temporary use permit request by Inland Construction to crush concrete at the Woodman’s site located at 8131 S. Howell Avenue.  (Tax Key No. 813-9011)
    2. CONDITIONAL USE AMENDMENT – Review an amendment to the Conditional Use for Ryan Road Self Storage to allow for the outdoor storage of no more than five (5) moving trucks, vans or trailers. (Tax Key No. 876-9003)
    3. SIGN PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed planned sign program for the Maritime Savings Bank multi-tenant center at 111 W. Ryan Road (Tax Key No. 906-9010-001)
    4. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by The Cornerstone of Oak Creek, LLC & The Gathering Partners, LLC, for the properties at 155 W. Sunnyview Drive & 8825 S. Howell Avenue. ( Tax Key No. 859-9007, 859-9992-002)
    5. PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION – Review and discuss various amendments to the City’s Zoning Ordinance at it relates to the regulation of multi-tenant signs.
