    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Isa Hidri for the property at 1101 E. Forest Hill Avenue.
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Woodman’s Food Market, Inc. for the property at 8131 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 813-9011)
    2. FINAL PLAT – Review a final plat for Emerald Meadows Addition No. 2 subdivision submitted by Tom Jungck for the properties at 10625 & 10590 S. Emerald Meadows Drive and 3600 & 3620R E. Elm Road (Tax Key Nos. 961-0032, 961-9993-001, 961-9993-002, & 961-9024)
    3. REZONING – Review a request to rezone lands in and out of the FF, Flood Fringe District to reflect recent floodplain mapping within the Emerald Meadows Addition No. 2 subdivision at 10625 S. Emerald Meadows Drive and 3620 E. Elm Road Rear (Tax Key Nos. 961-9993-001 & 961-9993-002)
    4. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Consider an amendment to the City’s zoning ordinance making all hotels and motels a conditional use in the B-4, Highway Business District, the UVO, Mixed Use/Office/Urban Village Overlay District,  and the RRO, Regional Retail Overlay District.
    5. PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION – Review and discuss various amendments to the City’s Zoning Ordinance at it relates to the regulation of electronic messageboard signs. 
  6. ADJOURN
