    1. REZONING & PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – Review a proposed rezoning submitted by Bielinski Homes to rezone the properties at 3010, 3080, 3110, 3260, 3330R, 3324, and 3400 E. Elm Road from A-1, Agricultural and Rs-3, Single Family Residential to Rs-2 (PUD), Single Family Residential Planned Unit Development (Tax Key Nos. multiple)
    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Superior Die Set Corporation for the property at 900 W. Drexel Avenue (Tax Key No. 783-9054)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for the Value Place Hotel submitted by Value Place Real Estate Services, LLC. for the property at 9315 S. 13th Street (Tax Key No. 877-9995-004)
