  1. Call meeting to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Review the following claims:
    1. Claim filed by Anton Doll, 3904 E. High St., for reimbursement of medical costs incurred as a result of a police incident that occurred on 9/1/07 during Lions Fest in the approximate amount of $1,111.33.
    2. Claim filed by Joyce Lecus, 3904 E. High St., for reimbursement of medical costs incurred as a result of a police incident that occurred on 9/1/07 during Lions Fest in the approximate amount of $715.90.
    3. Claim filed by Thomas Olle, 1242 West Blvd., Racine, for damage to his 2008 Hyundai Accent in the approximate amount of $947.23 that occurred on 11/8/07 as a result of a defective asphalt patch on E. Puetz Rd.

Public Notice
