    1. FINAL PLAT – Review the final plat for the Bluffs of Oak Creek subdivision located at 4201 and 4103 E. Fitzsimmons Road, 4440 E. Oakwood Road, and 10250, 10190, and 10150 S. Chicago Road (Tax Key Nos: multiple)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for the maintenance building at the new East Middle School submitted by the Oak Creek Franklin Joint School District for the property at 9220 S. Shepard Avenue (873-9978)
    3. LAND DONATION – Consider a land donation by the Trustees of the Florence Bernstein Trust for the property at 2211 W. Drexel Avenue (Tax Key No. 810-9992)
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed two-story multi-tenant retail and office building for the property at 9000 S. 27th Street submitted by Aman Singh. (Tax Key No. 856-0070-007)
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed landscaping supply building for the Kuehne Company for the property at 6830 S. Howell Avenue.  (Tax Key No.733-9996)
