    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review the placement of a garage with 12 foot high walls in accordance with Section 17.0501 (5)(b) submitted by David Vnuk for the residential property at 8401 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 831-9005)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for a parking lot and pump house for the Henkel Corporation located at 420 W. Marquette Avenue (Tax Key No. 765-9045)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for the Value Place Hotel submitted by Value Place Real Estate Services, LLC. for the property at 9315 S. 13th Street (Tax Key No. 877-9995-004)
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposal for a multi tenant office building at Corporate Square, located at 7300 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 764-9011)
    5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a conditional use permit for the storage of inflamable gas and liquid storage submitted by Valley National Gasses, LLC for the property at 1075A W. Northbranch Drive (Tax Key No. 735-9028)
