  1. Call meeting to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Review the following claims:
    1. Claim of NDC, Inc., in the amount of $250.00 for repairs to brickwork on their 27th St. Pick n ‘Save store caused by a Fire Department vehicle on 10/21/06
    2. Claim of Liza Veloz, 10345 S. Robin Ln., in the amount of approximately $45.31 for repairs to a mailbox damaged by a snowplow on 12/1/06
    3. Claim of Carrie Sauerwein, 8475 S. Apple Creek Dr., in the amount of $79.20 for repairs to an underground invisible fence line damaged by an overturned snowplow on 12/1/06
