    1. SIGN APPEAL – Consider sign appeal requests for a modification of the existing pylon sign submitted by Continental Properties for the property at 9035 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No 859-9034)
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for a 150 foot cellular antenna at 301 W. Ryan Road (Oak Creek Police Station) submitted by US Cellular. (Tax Key No. 958-9002-001)
    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Anthony Sanfelippo for the properties at 3280 & 3310 E. Kender Lane (Tax Key No. 870-9041 & 870-9038)
    3. STREET VACATION – Review a proposed W. Lois Lane right-of-way vacation submitted by Raymond Czerwinski and Lois Przbla for the properties at 9970-10050 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 926-9977 & 926-9978).
    4. MORATORIUM – Consider a proposed 6-month moratorium on electronic messageboard signs while City staff and the Plan Commission draft new sign regulations.
    5. PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION – Review and discuss various amendments to the City’s Zoning Ordinance as it relates to the regulation of temporary signs.
