- SIGN APPEAL - Consider a sign appeal request for an additional wall sign submitted by Aldi for the property at 6810 S. 27th Street (Tax Key No. 737-9031)
- SIGN APPEAL HEARING – Hold a public hearing on a sign appeal request submitted by Continental Properties for the property at 9035 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No 859-9034)
- SIGN APPEAL Consider a sign appeal request for a pylon sign in excess of 100 square feet per side submitted by Continental Properties for the property at 9035 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No 859-9034)

- REZONE – Review a proposed rezoning of the property at 3521 E. Oakwood Road from Rs-2, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional submitted by the Oak Creek Franklin School District for a proposed middle school. (Tax Key No. 96-9999-001)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and signage plans for an addition to the Peterbilt Wisconsin building located at 1800 W. Ridgeview Drive. (Tax Key No. 903-0007)
- TEMPORARY USE – Review two proposed temporary trailers for the DIC Imaging property at 7300 S. 10th Street (Tax Key No. 764-9027).
- SIGN PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed wall sign and a modification to the existing monument sign submitted by Ryan Road Self Storage for the property at 840 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 876-9003)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review a site plan for an expansion of the cellular tower lease area at 8640 S. Howell Avenue submitted by T-Mobile (Tax Key No. 827-9014)
- TEMPORARY USE – Review a proposal for a temporary sales trailer and sign for Colonial Woods Condominiums located at 8100 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 810-9102)
