    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for a proposed TCF Bank located at 2320 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 878-9994-002)
    2. MINOR LAND DIVISION – Review a proposed property line adjustment submitted by Giuffre XX, LLC, for the properties at 7929, 8081 & 8131 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 813-9012 & 813-9011)
    3. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a proposed certified survey map for the properties at 7265, 7295, and 7235 S. 1st Street submitted by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (Tax Key No. 765-9033, 765-9023, and 765-9032)
    4. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Aron & Sandy Warner for the property at 9200 S. 15th Avenue (Tax Key No. 870-9047)
    5. STREET VACATION – Consider a request by WE Energies to vacate a 1,735 foot segment of E. Elm Road abutting their property.
    6. SIGN PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed overall sign plan for the property at 2603 W. Rawson Avenue (Tax Key No 762-0016)
    7. PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION – Discuss the planning process and scope of the planning study for the properties vicinity of Interstate 94 and W. Drexel Avenue
