    1. REZONE – Review a proposed rezoning of the front portion of the property at 2234 E. Elm Road from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to A-1, Agricultural. (Tax Key No. 958-9988)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed maintenance garage for the Gables of Oak Creek located at 7730-7780 S. Howell Avenue, submitted by West Brook Management.  (Tax Key No. 781-9011, 781-9016)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed entrance vestibule addition for the Oak Creek Fitness/Krimpelbein Chiropractic building located at 1900 W. Ryan Road, submitted by Krimpelbein Properties. (Tax Key 877-9012)
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed multi-tenant addition to the Pick n’ Save building at 2320 W. Ryan Road submitted by Eihab Atout.  (Tax Key No. 878-9994-002)
    5. PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION – Discuss current land use and zoning and possible land use alternatives for the properties in the vicinity of Interstate 94 and W. Drexel Avenue.
