- NEW BUSINESS
- PLAN REVIEW - Review site, building, and landscaping plans for an addition to the Journal Sentinel Building at 7265 S. 1st Street submitted by Keuhn Properties, LLC. (Tax Key No. 765-9033 & 765-9023)
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by the H.C. Brill Company combining the properties at 7350 and 7410 S. 10th Street. (Tax Key No. 764-9026 and 764-9025-001)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for an architectural office with residential living quarters located at 6901 S. 20th Street submitted by Timothy & Janice Finke. (Tax Key No. 737-9027)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review proposed exterior building color changes for Carwurx LLC located at 6900 S. 27th Street submitted by Nicholas Griswold. (Tax Key No. 737-9025).
- TEMPORARY USE – Review a temporary use permit request by Inland Construction to allow for the temporary crushing of concrete on the Woodman’s (formerly Delphi) property located at 8131 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 813-9011).
- TID PROJECT PLAN PREVIEW – Preview a draft of the Project Plan for the Creation of Tax Incremental District Number 7 in advance of the September 5, 2006 Public Hearing. (No action will be taken on this item).
- SIGN DISCUSSION – Discussion on what different communities are doing with regards to signs in multi-tenant buildings.
