    1. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS– Review conditions and restrictions for a financial institution with a drive-through facility for a proposed TCF Bank located at 2320 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 878-9994-002).
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for a set of ticket booths at Oak Creek High School at 340 E. Puetz Road submitted by the Community Stadium Committee (Tax Key No. 827-9026)
    3. SIGN DISCUSSION – Discussion on what different communities are doing with regards to sign regulations.
