    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Deal Rite Company for a proposed addition to the existing building at 9735 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 903-0002)
    2. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the City of Oak Creek Zoning Ordinance to allow for Adult Day Care facilities as a permitted use in the B-2, Community Business Zoning District.
  6. NEW BUSINESS
    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed addition to the Goodyear/Wingfoot Commercial building located at 9345 S. 13th Street submitted by the Redmond Company. (Tax Key No. 877-9007)
    2. CONDITIONAL USE – Review a proposed conditional use for a financial institution with a drive-through facility for a proposed TCF Bank located at 2320 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 878-9994-002).
