    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for an addition to Joseph Campione Enterprises located at 2201 W. Southbranch Boulevard and 9870 S. Reinhart Drive. (Tax Key No.  903-0004-001)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed awning addition for the Maritime Savings Bank multi-tenant building located at 111 W. Ryan Road (Tax Key No. 906-9010-001)
    3. SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST – Review a request by the owners of 1741 W. Drexel Avenue for a special exception from the development moratorium for the area near the intersection of W. Drexel Avenue & Interstate 94 to allow for the construction of a deck on a residential property. (Tax Key No. 811-9023)
    4. STREET VACATION – Review a proposed vacation of E. Edison Road east of S. Chicago Road (SE ¼ of Section 14This item has been removed from the agenda and will not be discussed at this meeting.
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Deal Rite Company for a proposed addition to the existing building at 9735 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 903-0002)
    6. PLAN COMMISSION DISCUSSION – Discuss issues, concerns and potential amendments to the City of Oak Creek Sign Ordinance (No action will be taken on this item).
    7. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposed amendment to the City of Oak Creek Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to driveway gates in the front yard of residential properties.
