    1. REZONING – Consider a request by Herget Plavsic Development, LLC to rezone the properties at 4201and 4103 E. Fitzsimmons Road, 4440 E. Oakwood R, 10250, 10190 and 10150 S. Chicago Road from A-1 to Rs-1, Single Family Residential and Rm-1, Multifamily for the Bluffs of Oak Creek Subdivision (Tax Key Nos. 917-9999, 917-9983, 916-9997, 917-9987, 917-9006, 917-9988-002)
    2. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review amended conditions and restrictions for Airoldi Brothers located 6930 S. 6th Street. (Tax Key No. 734-9021)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans submitted by Airoldi Brothers for a canopy over the proposed fuel pumps at 6930 S. 6th Street. (Tax Key No. 734-9021)
    4. CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request for a conditional use permit application by Dasada Property Management to allow for a gasoline service station and a car wash for the property at 10271 S. Chicago Road (Tax Key No. 918-9938)
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for an office development submitted by Big Bend Development for the property at 8870 S. Mayhew Drive (Tax Key No. 860-9033-001)
    6. REZONE – Review a proposal by Timothy & Janice Finke to rezone the property at 6901 S. 20th Street from Rs-4, Single Family Residential and Rd-1, Two-Family Residential to B-3, Office & Professional Business. (Tax Key No. 737-9027)
    7. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Deal Rite Company for a proposed addition to the existing building at 9735 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 903-0002)
    8. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by Cary & Lori Schmidt for Studio 21 dance studio located at 9160 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 871-9997)
    9. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map for Cary and Lori Schmidt for the property located at 9160 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 871-9997)
    10. TEMPORARY USE – Review a proposal by Edgerton Contractors to allow for the temporary crushing of asphalt and concrete materials at LePine Enterprises, 9540 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 910-9985 & 910-9984)
    11. DEVELOPMENT MORATORIUM – Review a proposed 6-month moratorium on rezoning, land division, and site plan review on a portion of the lands lying in the vicinity of the planned I-94 interchange with W. Drexel Avenue.
