    1. HOUSE MOVE – Review the site and exterior plans for a home that is proposed to be moved from 3110 E. Elm Road to 2131 E. Oakwood Road submitted by Gus Delios. Tax Key No: (731-0136 & 731-9983)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for Guardian Credit Union located at 7801 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 782-9047)
    3. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by the Oak Creek-Franklin School District for the properties at 3871 S. Bluestem Drive (Tax Key No. 962-9011)
    4. CONDITIONAL USE AMENDMENT – Review a request by Airoldi Brothers to amend the conditional use for the property at 6930 S. 6th Street to allow for inflammable gas and liquids storage in excess of 5,000 gallons as an accessory use. (Tax Key No. 734-9021)
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for McDonald’s located at 9471 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 877-9002)
