  1. Call to order and roll call.
  2. Minutes of April 5, 2006
  3. Review City of Franklin Resolution regarding Oak Creek participation in the intersection improvements to S. 27th Street and W. Oakwood Road relative to the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare Center.
  4. Review a proposal by First Industrial Real Estate to amend the boundaries of tax incremental financing (TIF) district #4 to include the property at 7466 S. Howell Avenue.
    1. Recommendation to the Common Council regarding a proposed boundary amendment for TIF district No. 4.
  5. Discussion of the City’s response to inquiries for trucking and outdoor storage uses
  6. Discussion of funding sources for economic development activities
  7. Discussion of establishing a wetland mitigation bank for Oak Creek businesses
  8. Set agenda and date for next meeting, including discussion of economic development issues to be considered as an agenda item.
  9. Adjournment

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
