    1. CONDITIONAL USE AMENDMENT – Review a request by Hanna Trailer to amend the conditional use permit to allow the display of recreational vehicles and trailers for sale and rent at the western portion of 7575 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 782-9034)
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for an addition to MATC for the Energy Conservation and Advanced Manufacturing building addition located at 6665 S. Howell Avenue. ( Tax Key No. 718-9961-002)
    2. FINAL PLAT  - Review a final plat submitted by Schoenleber Inv. Inc. for Pioneer Estates Addition No. 4 located at 601, 620 and 630 E. Lakeview Dr. (Tax Key No. 814-9998-002, 9022 and 9023)
    3. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions & restrictions for a restaurant with drive-through facilities for McDonald’s located at 9441 & 9471 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 877-9003 & 877-9002)
    4. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat for the Edgemont Estates Subdivision submitted by John Coury for the property at 10670 S. Nicholson Road. (Tax Key No. 958-9995-006)
    5. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request for a temporary conditional use permit for the storage of vehicles and equipment for the property located at 3840 E. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No. 822-9002)
