    1. CONDITIONAL USE AMENDMENT – Review a request by Hanna Trailer to amend the conditional use permit to allow the display of towable camper trailers and the rental of moving trucks located at the western portion of 7575 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 782-9034)
    2. REZONE – Review a request by Kathy Howlett-Despot to rezone the property at 8825 S. Howell Avenue from Rm-1, CU to Rm-1, PUD. (Tax Key No. 859-9992-001)
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Atout Real Estate, LLC for the property located at 2320 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 878-9994-002)
    2. CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request for a conditional use permit to allow for a bank with drive-through facilities for Guardian Credit Union located at 7801 and 7821 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 782-9047, 782-9048, & 782-9050)
    3. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat revision for the Glen Crossing subdivision, 8400 S. Nighthawk Trail (Tax Key No. 829-0061)
