  13. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10614-041806, authorizing the City to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the City of Franklin to cover one-half the cost of a streetscape plan for South 27th Street (2nd and 6th Districts).
  14. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize staff to take steps to form Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) District No. 7 for the properties at 9950 and 10068 S. 27th St., 9950 S. Reinhart Dr., 2025 and 2201 W. Southbranch Blvd. (6th District).
  15. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10631-041806, approving a certified survey map for Columbia Grinding Incorporated (1st District).
  16. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10630-041806, approving the development agreement for the Colonial Woods condominiums at 8100, 8240, 8268, and 8300 S. 27th St. (2nd District).

    Engineering

  17. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10626-041806, accepting dedication of public improvements in the Patriot Arms subdivision from Benjamin M. Real Estate, LLC, and releasing them from the terms and conditions of their development agreement (3rd District).
  18. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10627-041806, approving a storm water management practices maintenance agreement with Kayrich Properties, LLC, for their proposed Columbia Grinding expansion at 7411 S. 10th St. (1st District).
  19. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10628-041806, approving a storm water management practices maintenance agreement with R & R Bast-Oak Creek, LLC, for their proposed Riteway Bus parking lot at 7470 S. 13th St. (1st District).
