- Motion: Consider a motion to authorize staff to take steps to form Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) District No. 7 for the properties at 9950 and 10068 S. 27th St., 9950 S. Reinhart Dr., 2025 and 2201 W. Southbranch Blvd. (6th District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10631-041806, approving a certified survey map for Columbia Grinding Incorporated (1st District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10630-041806, approving the development agreement for the Colonial Woods condominiums at 8100, 8240, 8268, and 8300 S. 27th St. (2nd District).

- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10626-041806, accepting dedication of public improvements in the Patriot Arms subdivision from Benjamin M. Real Estate, LLC, and releasing them from the terms and conditions of their development agreement (3rd District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10627-041806, approving a storm water management practices maintenance agreement with Kayrich Properties, LLC, for their proposed Columbia Grinding expansion at 7411 S. 10th St. (1st District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10628-041806, approving a storm water management practices maintenance agreement with R & R Bast-Oak Creek, LLC, for their proposed Riteway Bus parking lot at 7470 S. 13th St. (1st District).
