  1. Conditional Use Permit:  Consider a request by Puppy Playground, LLC, for a conditional use permit for an animal boarding kennel for a portion of the property at 8411 S. Liberty Ln. (2nd District).

  2. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2399, granting a conditional use permit for an animal boarding kennel for the property at 8411 S. Liberty Ln. (Puppy Playground, LLC) (2nd District).
  3. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10569-111505, approving a certified survey map for the properties at 6720, 6800, 6840 and 6868 S. 27th St., 6851 S. 20th St. and 6840 S. 26th St. (Menard Inc.) (held 11/15/05 and 12/6/05) (2nd District).
  4. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the Fire Department’s purchase of 18 mobile data computers (MDCs), installation and related equipment costs in two phases, as listed on the attached common council report, in the total amount of $86,744.00 (held 3/7/06) (by Committee of the Whole).

  5. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10624-040306, commendation to Deborah L. Schier, retiring Community Public Health Administrator (by Committee of the Whole).
  6. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $382,912.57 (by Committee of the Whole).
  7. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10623-040306, authorizing the dissolution of Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) Districts No. 2 and No. 3 in the City of Oak Creek and providing for the defeasance of certain outstanding obligations (by Committee of the Whole).
  8. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2397, authorizing a temporary salary adjustment for the current second shift Dispatch Supervisor, who is serving as an Acting Administrative Support Bureau Manager (by Committee of the Whole).
  9. Council Proclamation:  Consider council proclamation No. 06-07, gratitude to Dennis Filkins for dedicated service to the City of Oak Creek as a member of the Police and Fire Commission (by Committee of the Whole).
  10. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the Mayor’s appointment of Robert Bosetti, 320 E. Kendale Dr., to the Police and Fire Commission to complete a term expiring 4/10 (by Committee of the Whole).
  11. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2400, confirming adoption of the settlement agreement between the City of Oak Creek and the Local 1848 of the International Association of Firefighters and fixing the salary for members of the bargaining unit from 1/1/06 through 12/31/08 (by Committee of the Whole).
  12. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to (by Committee of the Whole):
    1. proceed with the creation and filling of the position of Zoning Administrator/Planner;
    2. provide funding from the Engineering Department Personnel budget for 2006, provide 2007 and future funding from the Department of Community Development budget; and
    3. establish a job description and salary range for the position.

    13. License Committee

  13. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).

    14. Fire

  14. Motion:  Consider a motion to approve the purchase of Motorola radio equipment and related costs to facilitate the conversion of the Fire Department communications to Milwaukee County’s 800 MHz trunking system (by Committee of the Whole).

    15. Parks, Recreation & Forestry

  15. Motion:  Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry and approve the purchase of one 2007 Chevrolet Silverado (Model 2500) heavy-duty pickup truck from Ewald Automotive in the amount of $18,237.00 (by Committee of the Whole).

    16. Community Development

  16. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10622-040306, authorizing staff to apply to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for park acquisition and development projects in the adopted Park and Open Space Plan (by Committee of the Whole).
  17. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10620-040306, approving a certified survey map for the properties at 8100, 8240, 8268 and 8300 S. 27th St. (Heartland Development) (2nd District).
  18. Resolution:  Consider resolution No. 10621-040306, approving a certified survey map for the property at 9102 S. 20th St. (Weber Homes Incorporated) (6th District).

    19. Engineering

  19. Motion:  Consider a motion to enter into a contract with R. A. Smith & Associates, Inc., for the design of the W. Drexel Ave. project from S. 27th St. to S. 13th St., in an actual cost fee not-to-exceed $296,326.00 (Project No. 06010) (1st and 2nd Districts).
  20. Motion:  Consider a motion to discuss the possibility of a citywide noise ordinance to prohibit engine braking by trucks within the city limits (by Committee of the Whole).
  21. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contracted inspection service payment for Project Nos. 02063 and 04064, as listed on the attached invoice payment report (by Committee of the Whole).
