    1. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by Robert Fait for an addition to diCarlo’s pizzeria located at 8469 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 828-9029)
  6. NEW BUSINESS
    1. REZONE/PUD AMENDMENT – Review a request by William Knapp to rezone the property at 7466 S. Howell Avenue from Rs-3 to B-4/M-1 PUD (Tax Key No. 766-9990).
    2. CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request for a conditional use permit for a restaurant with drive-through facilities for McDonald’s located at 9471 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 877-9002)
    3. REZONE– Review a request by Kathy Despot to rezone The Gathering of Oak Creek properties located at 8825 S. Howell Avenue and 155 W. Sunnyview Drive from Rm-1 (CU) to Rm-1, PUD. (Tax Key Nos. 859-9992-001 & 859-9007)
