  1. (b)    Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the following:
    1. Discussion of a tentative settlement agreement with the Professional Clerk-Matron Dispatcher Association.
  2. Ordinance:  Consider ordinance No. 2395, confirming adoption of the settlement agreement between the City of Oak Creek and the Professional Clerk-Matron Dispatcher Association from 1/1/06 thru 12/31/08.
  3. Discussion:  Discussion on a possible referendum on capital expenditures of $2 million or more for rebuilding and/or relocation of buildings in the City Hall complex (requested by Ald. Grabowski to be taken prior to Item No. 1).

Public Notice

Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
