Motion: Consider a motion to consider the direct legislation petition of the Direct Legislation Ordinance Referendum Committee – Mark Verhalen, Chairperson, and the Final Certification of Clerk dated 2/14/06 (to require referendum approval for municipally-financed capital expenditures exceeding $2 million) (held 2/20/06).

  3. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $246,920.54 (by Committee of the Whole).
  4. License Committee

  5. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).
  6. Fire

  7. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Fire Department’s purchase of 18 mobile data computers (MDCs) and mounting hardware at a total cost of $96,353.50 (by Committee of the Whole).
  8. Streets

  9. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the recommendation of the Street Superintendent for the purchase of asphalt crack filler from the low bidder through the V.A.L.U.E. program, Sherwin Industries, at a cost of $.308 per pound (by Committee of the Whole).
  10. Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Personnel Committee and approve the request of the Street Superintendent to fill one additional Equipment Operator position as approved in the 2006 budget (by Committee of the Whole).
  11. Motion: Consider a motion to accept the recommendation of the Street Superintendent to extend the current agreement with Waste Management, covering the solid waste disposal fees for the next three years (2007 through 2009) (by Committee of the Whole).

  13. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10611-030706, authorizing the road improvement projects for 2006 (Project Nos. 06015-06020) (citywide).
  14. Community Development

  15. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10612-030706, approving a certified survey map for the properties at 450 E. Wynbrook Dr. and 540 E. Mona Dr.(Schoenleber) (3rd District).
  16. Motion: Consider a motion to not adopt Resolution No. 10613-030706, approving a certified survey map for the properties at 441 and 545 W. Ryan Rd. (Parkside Land Group) (5th District).
  17. Miscellaneous

  18. Motion: Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to discuss the salary for the Fire Chief.
  19. Motion: Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
  20. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2389, relating to the salary for the position of Fire Chief (by Committee of the Whole).
