    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Guardian Credit Union for the properties at 7801 & 7821 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key Nos 782-9048, 782-9047, & 782-9050)
    3. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review a proposed layout for a residential subdivision for the properties at 560 E. Fitzsimmons Road and 9865 & 9905 S. Shepard Avenue (Tax Key Nos: 907-9035, 907-9973-001, and 923-905-001)
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for a maintenance and storage building for the Timber Ridge Apartments located at 6935 S. Timber Ridge Lane. (Tax Key 736-8004)

    8. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat submitted by John Conlan and Steven Colompos for the Gray Oaks Subdivision located at 8851, 8931, & 8947 S. 15th Avenue (Tax Keys 863-9975, 863-9970, and 863-9971)
