    2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - Review a request by Sue Ann McCotter for a conditional use permit for a doggy day care (Central Bark) located at 1075 W. Northbranch Dr. Tax Key No. 735-9028

    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map for the property located at 8768 S. Nicholson Road.(Tax Key No. 862-9995)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for a building addition for Columbia Grinding located at 7411 S. 10th Street. (Tax Key No. 764-9021)
    3. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Columbia Grinding for the properties at 7375 & 7411 S. 10th Street (Tax Key Nos. 764-9024 & 764-9021
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for a building addition for Electrotek, Inc. located at 7745 S. 10th Street (Tax Key No. 783-9042)
    5. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Parkside Land Group for the properties at 441 & 525 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key Nos. 906-9025 & 905-9999-005)
