    1. REZONE – Review a proposed rezoning of the property at 3521 E. Oakwood Road from Rs-2, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional submitted by the Oak Creek Franklin School District for a proposed middle school. (Tax Key No. 960-9999-001)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review a revision to the approved site plan for the Colonial Woods Condominiums located at 8240 S. 27th Street.  (Tax Key Nos. 810-9975, 810-9976, & 810-997-001)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposal by Nordco to add railroad spurs along the south side of the building at 245 W. Forest Hill Avenue (828-9023)
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed 2,400 square foot boiler room addition submitted by the H.C. Brill Company located at 7350 S. 10th Avenue. (Tax Key No. 764-9026)
    5. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Isa Hidri for the property at 1101 E. Forest Hill Avenue. (Tax Key No. 826-9022)
    6. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review conceptual plans for a mixed use office, mini-storage, hotel, and retail development located at 6460 & 6448 S. Howell Avenue and 239 & 325 E. College Avenue submitted by Ener-Con Companies, LLC. (Tax Key Nos. 719-9995, 719-9007, 719-9987-002, & 719-9986)
    7. FINAL PLAT – Review a final plat for the Shepard Orchard Subdivision submitted by Micjensar Development, LLC. for the properties at 10020, 10050, 10110, and10160 S. Shepard Avenue. (Tax Key Nos.: Multiple)
    8. FINAL PLAT – Review a final plat for the Belmont Grove subdivision at 8537 S. Pennsylvania Avenue submitted by The Dillon Group (Tax Key No. 825-9987).
