    1. CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request for a conditional use permit for a 150 foot cellular antenna at 301 W. Ryan Road (Oak Creek Police Station) submitted by US Cellular. (Tax Key No. 958-9002-001)
    2. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review conceptual plans submitted by CenterPoint properties for an 79,796 square foot building at the Capstone Business Center, located at 9875 S. Stern Street. (Tax Key No. 904-9017)
