    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Opus North Corporation for the Oakwood Crossings property at 10101 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 924-9006-002).
  5. NEW BUSINESS
    1. AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION – Review an affidavit of correction to Certified Survey Map Number 7769 submitted by Heartland Development (Colonial Woods) located at 8100 & 8300 S. 27th Street, 8100 S. Orchard Way & 8245 S. 20th street. (Tax Key Nos. not assigned yet).
    2. FINAL PLAT – Review a final plat for phase 1 of the Mallard Creek Subdivision submitted by Country Creek Homes for the property at 10026 S. Nicholson Road (Tax Key No. 921-9993-3002)
    3. MINOR LAND DIVISION – Review a proposed minor land division moving the property line between the properties at 2340 & 2320 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 878-9035 & 878-9036)
    4. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map for the properties at 9143, 9147, 9151, and 9155 S. 5th Avenue submitted by Thomas Kinnard (Tax Key Nos: 869-0037, 869-0038, 869-0039, 869-0040-001)
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans for Microtel Inn and Suites located at 9611 S. 13th Street submitted by Trunk Bay Investments, LLC. (Tax Key No. 904-9009)
    6. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review a proposed conceptual multi-family residential and office development plan submitted by Apple Tower Development for the properties at 8400, 8432, & 8380 S. 27th Street & 8351 S. 20th Street  (Tax Key No. 831-9027, 831-9025, 831-9026, 831-9029)
    7. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building, and landscaping plans submitted by Paul Grzeszczak for a new building for Seville Flexpack located at 9940, 9900, & 9920 S. Ridgeview Dr. (Tax Key Nos. 926-9997-002, 903-0013, and 903-0014).
    8. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Paul Grzeszczak for Seville Flexpack properties located at 9940, 9900, & 9920 S. Ridgeview Dr. (Tax Key Nos. 926-9997-002, 903-0013, and 903-0014).
