    1. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT & RESOLUTION AMENDMENT –Review proposed amendments to a Planned Unit Development ordinance and resolutions submitted by Oak Park Apartments, LLC for the properties at 8720, 8739, 8767, 8873, and 8828 S. Oak Park Drive and 701 E. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No: Multiple)

    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map for the property at 305 E. Mahn Court submitted FR/Cal Oak Creek LLC (766-9028)
    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map submitted by Opus North Corporation for the Oakwood Crossings property at 10101 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 924-9006-002).
    3. REZONING – Review a proposed minor revision to the zoning district boundaries for the Bluffs of Oak Creek subdivision and condominium development submitted by Herget Plavsic Development, LLC. for the properties at 4201 E. Fitzsimmons Road and 10150 S. Chicago Road. (Tax Key Nos. 917-9999 & 917-9988-002)
    4. SIGN ORDINANCE DISCUSSION – Staff will have a presentation on temporary sign issues in the City and some suggested policy and ordinance changes.
