    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a revised certified survey map submitted by Willow Tree Development LLC for the property at 826 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 813-9009-004)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed addition and exterior building alterations for Gastrau’s Golf Center, located at 1328, 1388, and  1500 E. Rawson Avenue, submitted by Steven Gastrau. (Tax Key No. 732-9998, 732-9985, and 732-9999)
    3. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT – Review proposed amendments to a Planned Unit Development ordinance and resolutions submitted by Oak Park Apartments, LLC for the properties at 8720, 8739, 8767, 8873, and 8828 S. Oak Park Drive and 701 E. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No: Multiple)
    4. FINAL PLAT – Review a final plat for phase 1 of the Mallard Creek Subdivision submitted by Country Creek Homes for the property at 10026 S. Nicholson Road (Tax Key No. 921-9993-3002)
    5. STREET VACATION – Review a proposed vacation of E. Edison Road east of S. Chicago Road (SE ¼ of Section 14)
