- PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE – Review a the PUD Ordinance for request from Heartland Development Group to rezone 8100, 8240 and 8268 S. 27th Street from Rs-2, Single Family Residential, B-4, Highway Business and A-1 Agriculture to a Rm-1, Multi-Family Residential Planned Unit Development. (Tax Key No. 810-9977-001, 810-9976 and 810-9975-001)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review a proposed parking lot addition for Riteway Bus Service, Inc. located at 7470 S. 13th Street & 7433 S. 10th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 764-9012 & 764-9008-001).
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map for NDC, LLC for the properties at 311 E. Puetz Road and 8770 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 860-9016-001 and 860-9012)
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a proposed certified survey map for Weas Development for the property located at 701 E. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No. 860-9999-001)
- PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for a storage shed for KEI Enterprises located at 824 E. Rawson Avenue (Tax Key No. 732-9993-001)
- PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review and provide comments on a proposed 3-lot land division submitted by Apple Tower Development for the property at 8351 S. 20th Street (Tax Key No. 831-9029)
- ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review and make a recommendation to the Common Council on a proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance making banks, savings and loan associations and other financial institutions with drive-through facilities a conditional use in all business zoning districts.
- 27th STREET – Review a memorandum of understanding between the Cities of Oak Creek and Franklin regarding the S. 27th Street Streetscape Improvements.
- 27th STREET – Review and adopt the S. 27th Street Implementation Plan
