Call Meeting to Order

Pledge of Allegiance

1. Presentation by the City’s financial advisor, Paul Thompson of Hutchinson, Shockey & Erley, on potential bond issuance for city buildings and on related fiscal information.
   (Handouts will be made available at the meeting)
2. Discussion on the potential redevelopment of the property at 8640 S. Howell Ave.
3. Motion:  Consider a motion to authorize staff to release a request for proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the property at 8640 S. Howell Ave. (held 12/20/05) (by Committee of the Whole).
4. Discussion on the establishment of an Ad-Hoc committee to review potential space needs and relocation needs for the City Hall complex.
