- Roll Call.
- Approval of previous meeting minutes. h/o
- Convene into Executive Session at approximately 8:30 a.m., pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, for the following:
- Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss bargaining strategy;
- Section 19.85(1)(c)(e) to discuss grievances filed by Professional Police Officers Association and the Police Supervisors Association and a letter from their labor representative relating to the health insurance network switch.
- Reconvene into Open Session to take action, if required.
- Request to disburse unexpended tuition reimbursement funds among various employees within the Fire Department (held 12/15/05).
- Request to disburse unexpended tuition reimbursement funds among various employees within the Police Department.
- Tuition reimbursement requests—Robert Carter (Police).
- Tuition reimbursement request (Masters) – Savan Lenda (Police).
- Discuss requests for tuition reimbursement for a second degree versus Masters classes.
- Discuss procedure for authorizing payment for Masters classes.
- Informational discussion relating to internal promotional process.
- Discuss tardiness/attendance policies.
NOTE: It is likely that the committee will recess at some point unknown between executive sessions.
- Reconvene into Executive Session at approximately 5:30 p.m., pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, for the following:
- Section 19.85(1)(e) to discuss bargaining strategy;
- Section 19.85(1)(e) to participate in a bargaining session with representatives of Local 133 AFSCME of the District Council #48;
- Section 19.85(1)(c) to discuss wages and benefits for non-union and management employees and other positions for the year 2006.
- Reconvene into Open Session to take action, if required.
