22.       Motion:  Consider a motion to:

1. Authorize the City Attorney and City Engineer to negotiate a contract with Richard Kahle to perform house inspections as part of the Noise and Dust Grant Program related to the WE Energies power plant project;
2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the City of Oak Creek;
3. Modify the program design to accept applications until December 15, 2005; and
4. Clarify that the reimbursable costs are the total approved costs minus any available rebates.

Public Notice

Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings. Due to the difficulty in finding interpreters, requests should be made as far in advance as possible preferably a minimum of 48 hours.
